PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT
The Munsell ColorChecker is the industry standard for evaluating color rendition. Colors shift and change depending on the light illuminating them. The ColorChecker consists of an array of 24 colored squares scientifically selected to represent and reflect colors of nature, under any illumination. cb PHOTO CONTEST: "SnowFall" Results
Thank you to the several photographers who submitted images to our "SnowFall" photo contest. The snowfall was not as extensive as was predicted so we will hope that not getting our dozen or so participants was not a rejection of concept; just as lack of snow.

And now... every image entered was awarded an "Honorable Mention" by our staff of judges ! Winners can call to schedule a time to come in to print your images, free, with our "Self Service Inkjet Print" program. Choose from our selection of fine-art inkjet papers and print your image using our Epson R1900 printer. A great chance to experiment with different papers to see how the impact changes with paper. We will guide you through the process until you are comfortable with it. Complete details are contained in our online brochure.

MEETING
The Shades Valley Camera Club meets tonight (Thursday, January 14) at the Homewood Library. This a "competition" meeting with the subject "TRANSPORTATION". All photographers are always welcome to attend.
